The Ministry of Digital Transition, Posts, and Electronic Communications of Burkina Faso has taken a major step toward advancing its digital transformation agenda through collaboration with Go AI Corporation, a local company specialising in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation.

On Friday, October 10, 2025, the Minister of Digital Transition, Dr Aminata Zerbo/Sabane, received Mr Nebyinga Jules Nickez Kaboré, co-promoter of Go AI Corporation, for a high-level meeting focused on exploring AI-driven solutions that can strengthen governance, improve service delivery, and promote digital inclusion.

Showcasing Homegrown AI Innovation

During the meeting, Mr Kaboré presented several innovative digital platforms developed by Go AI Corporation to assist government institutions in their digital transformation and dematerialisation efforts. Among the solutions showcased were:

  • Sentinel – a system that enhances digital security and governance monitoring.
  • AI Moore – a platform that automates administrative processes for efficiency and transparency.
  • AI Faso Opps – a solution designed to improve access to public information and streamline citizen engagement.

One of the company’s most notable initiatives is the development of a chatbot accessible to all Burkinabè citizens, aimed at simplifying access to essential public information such as job opportunities, scholarships, and government announcements.

Another upcoming solution will enable users to interact with public service information via WhatsApp in local languages, ensuring that digital services are inclusive and accessible to all communities, regardless of literacy or language barriers.

Ministry’s Commitment to Digital Inclusion and AI Adoption

Minister Aminata Zerbo/Sabane commended Go AI Corporation for its dedication to promoting emerging technologies within Burkina Faso. She highlighted the Ministry’s own efforts to translate and localise digital services into national languages as part of a broader initiative to strengthen digital inclusion and citizen participation.

The Minister emphasised the importance of public-private collaboration, encouraging synergy between state institutions and local innovators to maximise the impact of national digital transformation projects.

Building a Dynamic and Inclusive Digital Ecosystem

Dr Zerbo/Sabane reaffirmed the Ministry’s readiness to support innovative local enterprises that advance artificial intelligence, e-governance, and technological innovation across Burkina Faso.

Through such partnerships, the Ministry of Digital Transition aims to build a vibrant, inclusive, and innovation-driven digital ecosystem that empowers citizens and enhances the nation’s global competitiveness in emerging technologies.

This collaboration between Go AI Corporation and the Burkinabè government marks another milestone in the country’s journey toward a smart, connected, and sustainable digital future.
